Andrés rescues a point in Vienna with the last kick

Ivana Andrés, the Inter Women captain, scored in the 93rd minute at the Franz-Horr-Stadion to earn a 1–1 draw against Austria Wien in matchday 2 of the Women's Champions League. Modesta Uka had put the home side ahead in the 21st minute with a shot from distance.

It was Andrés's first goal in a UEFA club competition. David Sassarini, the head coach, made four changes at halftime, and his team created chances in the 72nd and 78th minutes before the ball fell to Andrés in stoppage time.

Inter have four points and sit sixth in the league phase. UEFA logs the goal in the 94th minute; the club's own report says the 93rd.

Yann Bisseck, the Inter center back, spoke at the Festival dello Sport in Trento, the annual event run by Gazzetta dello Sport, Italy's biggest sports daily. "When Inter called, it felt surreal. Even after a good season, I never expected a club that big to come in for me," he said.

He named Matteo Darmian, the Inter defender, as the teammate he has learned the most from. The Italian game suits him: "All 11 players have to work together like a perfectly oiled machine," he added.
