Bastoni and Esposito score as Italy win 4–1 in Bursa

Bastoni and Pio Esposito score in Italy's 4–1 win

Alessandro Bastoni, the Inter center back, put Italy in front in the 9th minute, turning in a corner with his left foot. Davide Frattesi, the Italy midfielder, and Michael Kayode, the Italy defender, added two more before the half hour.

Francesco Pio Esposito, the Inter forward, set up Kayode's goal. He then scored the fourth in the 50th minute, heading in after a shot from Sandro Tonali, the Italy midfielder, came back off the post. Baris Yilmaz, the Turkey forward, pulled one back right at the break.

The last brothers to start a match for Italy were Aldo and Luigi Cevenini in 1915. Bastoni played all 90 minutes, Pio Esposito 75.
